Dirty, management doesn't care
November 26, 2024- this property has mice and cockroaches - entrance way is filthy, hasn't been carpeted/painted in decades - maintenance can't fix anything, they have been here multiple times for various issues, most are not fixed, I just gave up - heat blasts, cannot be turned off, need to have the windows open all winter, which is terrible because this neighborhood is super loud - front door lock is ferkakte, when I moved in my key didn't work, they cut new keys which still didn't work, finally a rental agent ...gave me an old one that works. If I lose that I'm screwed because new cut keys don't work. The door lock needs to be replaced which would cost what, 20 bucks to buy a new one at home depot? - not enough dumpsters for all the trash, constantly spilling over all over the parking lot Management asked me for this review, which is hilarious because I guess they didn't look at the maintenance tickets beforehand? Then when I put up a review on one of the sites they asked me to, they called me to argue with me about the review and falsely claimed I hadn't put in tickets.Property Manager Responded
