Avoid this mess!!!
June 9, 2023This apartment complex is a hot mess, from the disrespectful and lazy staff. To the horrible living conditions. They don’t want to fix anything but be quick to file an eviction notice if you late on your rent. The lynd company truly sucks!Property Manager Responded

Avoid at all costs!
February 11, 2018I fully regret the year I lived in this place. for one thing, it is in a horrible part of town and a lot of shady stuff tended to happen on and around the complex. Don't be fooled by the security gate and guard, either the gate wasn't working or there was a new guard every week. I lived on the third floor, but I wouldn't recommend that since many of the staircases are falling apart. Management even closed one of the staircases but never got around to fixing it. The grounds and parking lots of ...the complex were always dirty and depressing. For the price you pay here you can find much better complex outside of New Orleans East.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing Apartment
December 10, 2016My Family and I moved in the Cove from Laplace La. and we love living here. The grounds of the apartment complex are kept so nice and neat. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a problem in the unit they try to solve it as soon as possible without making you wait long. I would recommend anyone to rent an apartment in The Cove They also make sure that everyone is kept secure are safe and we thank you.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic
October 2, 2015I love this apartment complex. My brother and I moved to New Orleans and we felt like this was the perfect apartment. It's really safe. I work late at night and it feels great to come home to a gated community and a courtesy security guard waiting at the gate. There's also a pool, gym, doggie park, and barbecue pits where we can cook. The staff is also really great. They tend to your needs and really consider the residents of the complex. Very quite also. No loud noise to deal with. I'm expecting ...a little one so it'll be nice to know that I'll be in a safe apartment. All smiles on this end.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
