Maintenance requests not answered
April 29, 2022The apartment has some big issues with the bathroom and bugs: they never fully finished renovating the space so the RR is missing tile, the rooms are missing baseboards, and some of the electrical outlets do not work. I was promised all of these issues would be fixed. I have been here over 9 months and I am still waiting. Also roaches are a big issue here. I am a very clean person so why are there so many bugs inside?Review from Apartments.com
I warm people not to move here
April 21, 2020Manager behavior is ridiculous, she thinks everybody has something against her because she don't do her job. No maintenance and if they ever come 3,4,5 weeks after they don't solve the problem. cockroach infestation and mice are real! Noway to communicate with the owner to report management behavior. If you want to live in a place where you feel good and at peace, this is not your place. Tension and frustration here. I wish i was allow to write it all.Property Manager Responded
