Modern spacious one bedroom in historic district
August 10, 2015Roomy one bedroom renovated wirh moderate quality, modern upgrades in a historic building, located in the ciry's historic district. Rent and living expenses are reasonably priced for the location, quality, apartment, building and location amenities. A downside is property management is not easy to deal wirh, and assumes a right to enter tenant space without prior tenant knowledge or willing to work out an arrangement. Overall I rate as 3.75.Review from Apartments.com
