I have been here a while and any time I’ve had an issue with ANYTHING, it’s always been addressed in a timely fashion. Yes, emergencies can occur but they happen in everyone’s life. It’s refreshing to see well mannered, well dressed people in the front office. The manager is knowledgeable of the apartments and the area. She always has a smile and a wave for the people. The maintenance manager is always friendly and helpful in any way he can be. He never crosses a line and tells pretty good ...

jokes. The complex is always clean with no litter on the ground. .. if there is litter it’s cleaned up immediately. This complex is within minutes from Chevron, Ingalls, Walmart and the hospital. My last statement… Welcome Home.

Everything is a problem , she talks about calling the cops about everything she finds it’s a problem , the way they work with the rent is ridiculous , you need to pay rent and if not , a day after already got an eviction notice for not paying , be fr , this apartments are a joke , the maintenance is bad & the landlord very rude after she talks about being so “understanding” but if you don’t come to her with some money is a problem, if you have people over is a problem , if I want someone to ...

visit they have to pay 42 for a background check and to be added to the list like tell me how that makes sense ? She tried talking me in to paying her 200$ for her to let me have visitors at home and etc , really uncomfortable and unprofessional
