WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE...WORST MANAGEMENT EVER
September 27, 2016MGMT DOESN'T RESPOND TO MAINTENANCE NEEDS. WITHOUT A/C ENTIRE TIME OF RESIDENCY. REPORTED BUT NEVER FIXED. THEY TRUMP UP INFLAMED & AMBIGUOUS CHARGES WHEN YOU LEAVE SO THEY CAN LEGALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK FROM THEM. THEY MAKE FALSE CLAIMS OF CLEANING SO THAT THEY CAN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AS WELL AS CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL BILLING. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS CONSTANTLY INUNDATED WITH POLICE PRESENCE BC OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IN THE AREA. DRUG DEALS AND GUN SHOTS ARE ...DAILY ROUTINE IN THIS AREA.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
easy living
July 23, 2015I was a little concerned before moving in because of a couple negative reviews. I am so glad I didn't allow them to stop me from moving in. The price is just right. The complex is quiet and very pet friendly! This was a must because I have a large dog. The maintenance staff is friendly and always there to help. The fenced in patio is great for grilling and the pool is really deep! If your looking for something decent at a great price this is the place for you!!!Review from Apartments.com
