October 4, 2023Us current tenants are living and have been living in an open construction site for over a year. They hiked our rent 10% and told us it was because it was equal to comps in the area. COMPS IN THE AREA HOW We have not been able to use our pool, laundry rooms, workout room, or even live in quiet for over a YEAR. I will say it again DO not move in. The new property manager is the worst and will gaslight you if you complain. Sure they gave us some off our rent but after raising it 10%. DO NOT MOVE ...HEREProperty Manager Responded
