Chicago to get the work done. I have a stove that has not been fixed as well. In addition Leona asked that I needed to add minors to the lease which is illegal. The maintenance man comes and goes as he pleases without any notice. Each time I speak to the people that run the building Boris and Leona to get things fixed it is always an argument or excuse. I have also had issues with them turning on the heat, when I let them know I was going to contact the city, miraculously the heat turned on an hour later. I also asked to speak to their boss and referred me to the lease. The # on the lease is non working, and only lists an old aol email account. I have made complaints with the alderman's office and city of Chicago so they are now aware of the issues with place. Also speaking to my neighbors they have had issues as well. STAY AWAY THERE ARE BETTER LANDLORDS AND UNITS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA!!!!!!

So they just paint right over it instead of fixing the issue. We had rats and mice and had to dispose of the traps themselves. We've had cockroaches. They've entered the apartment illegally, without notice, to paint the bathroom (again because they didn't do it right the first time), and didn't open a single window. Since we didn't renew, they have set up showings multiple times a day, every single day saying they can show until 9pm if they desire.
