Not a safe place for kids. Terrible wood construction. Property manager is a narcissist.
March 13, 2025Don't rent from this place. There are plenty if better options in the surrounding area. This place is the ghetto. The quality of the construction is very poor and cheap. The buildings are made entirely out of wood and you can hear every single footstep and toilet flush from you adjacent neighbors. I was stalked and harassed by the black couple living directly above me. They chased me out after only 6 weeks by constantly dropping heavy objects over my head where ever Inwas inside my apartment. ...Seriously, consider why a multi story apartment with a garage is so cheap, it's because its actually cheap. Also, most of their reviews are phony, you can tell because the person only leaves 1 review.Property Manager Responded

October 25, 2024I had a kitchen sink clog. Tried to fix it myself. No luck. Placed a request with a ridiculous one hour time window and apparently Noah dropped everything He was doing to rush over and catch me while I was home he then proceeded to run through all his tricks in order to clear the drain and confirmed it was a clog deep within the walls. That sounds like a pretty big job to me, but Noah jumped on the comms. With Chris and they were able to call back an external plumber that was just here on the ...property in order to fix it immediately. My expectation for something like this would be a two day Wait at least but nope as per the usual Noah and Chris to the rescue exceeding expectations as professionally and kindly as possible I love it here at the Pavilions and they are a huge part of it. February 13, 2024We have been overall pleased with Pavilions. As 4 girls with 4 cars and crazy schedules we needed primarily good parking. Pavilions offers this in a very convenient location.
