You Really Cannot Find a Better New Community

I booked a tour because I loved the photos and finishes.
As soon as I walked in Presious greeting me at the door. She was so kind and made me feel at home within 5 seconds.
The community is GORGEOUS! Pictures do not so the luxurious finishes and amenities justice. Giant pool and gym. So many grilling stations and a putting green!
I leased same day! My next experience was move-in day, where Jenna made the process so easy. She was so kind and informative. She even pet my dog for 5 minutes while I ...
signed my lease.
I also met the property manager Halle. Her warmth and willingness to make sure I loved my home after move-in made me feel like more than a number. I have been here for a few months, I can tell you Paxton is the best deal. I feel like I gained a community where everyone knows my name.
I was hesitant because some reviews posted, but you can clearly see they are a campaign from someone with a personal vendetta.
Do not hesitate here. This place is next level and you will be treated like an old friend.

Paxton Place is a nice place to live. The amenities and apartments are all brand new and very nice. The staff have been very responsive and respectful whenever I have reached out to them. The gym is actually the best apartment gym I have experienced.

Best Place to Live in Madison

I moved to this apartment complex about 4 months ago and it has been the best decision! The staff are super friendly and always willing to answer my questions, the layout of the apartments allow for spacious living that feels like a home, and the location is top notch. Definitely recommend living here!

Great Amenities and Great management

Great place to live. Has pretty much everything you could ask for in a property (good gym, pickleball, plenty of parking) and management is always quick to respond to any issues. But do keep in mind construction is still ongoing since it is such a new property.

“In process” but high hopes!

This is a new complex still under construction so you must keep in mind that it is “in process.” For instance, mailbox keys have yet to be assigned, the gym hasn’t opened yet, and wiring/breakers haven’t been tested. I’m hopeful about all the kinks being worked out though!
When I moved in, due to Google fiber (not Paxton Place), I was out internet for the first week. However, I enjoyed working in the business center in the club house. It was quiet and the internet was great!
Also, my oven ...
didn’t work shortly into the first week. I found it easy to submit a service request and my issue was addressed the next business day. When my oven flipped the breaker again, I received the same prompt attention and the breaker was replaced. It’s been working great :)
This location is perfect!! Easy access to highways, yet, away from busy commercial areas. My balcony looks out over a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. I love the 10ft ceilings, huge windows, open kitchen to living room concept, and tile/glass shower. There are some “extras” you don’t typically see at apartment complexes …like a pickle ball court. I am looking forward to all the amenities being in place! The only thing I don’t love is the very loud dryer, but it’s manageable.
The staff has been professional, kind, and pleasant towards me.

This is the best neighborhood to live in ! It’s quiet and loving . The staff are so nice and will work with you with anything . The complex is nice and clean . Best decision I ever made moving from Mississippi I love it here . AND you get first month free rent once you move in
