I’ve really enjoyed living here! The amenities are one of my favorite things about the community. The two large dog parks are awesome and make it so convenient for my dogs to get outside and have plenty of room to run and play. I also really enjoy having the pickleball courts available — they’re a great way to stay active and have fun. The pool is another huge plus, especially during the warmer months. Good experience and we’ve resigned the lease. There has been a noticeable decline in common area maintenance and pest control. Ray is great and is always hard at work. Hopefully management invests in more team members like him to lighten the load. Lots of webs, spider eggs, and debris in breezeway between apartments.

It’s nice here. I like the amenities. It’s quiet at night which is really important to me. I feel safe which is also a must where I’m living. The pool is beautiful and the gym is amazing. If I had anything I would change it would be to pay more attention on the ants around the property.

Great amenities and great apartment space and appliances for a very reasonable price! Leasing office and maintenance service are very helpful and responsive. Paxton Place is very clean for the most important, and it's located in a relatively quiet area as long as you don't mind the train. Great experience!

Gym is great and the apartment is affordable and well made. Great community with little to no issues. The countertops are my only complaint since they can be hard to clean. Staff is friendly and are wonderful to have around
