Great Complex - Great View
February 12, 2025The Leasing Office was great - accommodating my move from one unit - then selected another unit with a better view - and they made the move seamless. Great place to live!
October 4, 2024I appreciate that staff is available at the leasing office 7 days a week. I’ve lived in other locations where they are only open on weekdays and during 8-5 hour shifts which makes it hard for working folks to take care of anything in person. I mostly speak with the staff that is there on the weekends and they are always attentive and respond promptly. The location of Paz Mar is great! Right by the marina with a great view and near the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful place to live
September 23, 2024By far the most peaceful apartment complex i have live in, on top of that with a beautiful view. The office staff is always very welcoming, not to mention the property manager, she is great and extremely attentive. The maintenance crew is fantastic, always on top of their job and very helpful always responding to work orders in a timely manner. overall such a lovely place with great staff.Review from Apartments.com
We love it here
September 9, 2024To start off, the view is excellent. We're facing the harbor and to start and end your day looking at the ocean it's incredible. We have lived here for 11 years and I'm hoping this is our forever home. The apartments are big and spacious. It's an older building, so there is going to be some problems, but we have the best maintenance crew that can fix anything. Most of the time they come the same day you open a work order. Our gardeners work really hard to keep the property nice and the office ...staff tries their best to accommodate us. Thank you to all the Paz Mar workers for making this an awesome place to live.Property Manager Responded

Can't beat the view
August 12, 2024You'd pay 2-5x the price for the harbor view anywhere else. Just make sure you don't get a parking-lot-facing apartment. Some of the amenities are a little outdated, but they've been updating and really improving the place. Highlight other than the view is a very responsive and efficient maintenance team. I lived here for ~2 1/2 years and enjoyed my time here. I would recommend it.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
March 21, 2024The management is horrible. Laundry services are always breaking, and the trash areas are disgusting. The new Management is uncaring and horrible with communication with their tenants. I left the place after two years wishing I wasn't forced to move into such an old and unkept facility during COVID. Unfortunately, I was charged for a number of unnecessary cleaning tasks that I left in better condition than the apartment I moved into. I was raised in the military and pride myself on keeping ...my home clean and well kept. They weren't hearing about it. I do not recommend moving into these apartments.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2022This is the worst place to live, cars are constantly being broken into to, rampant left of anything not nailed down. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms and dumpsters. They take months to respond to any problems. They won't install cameras but they spent thousands painting the walls for the 100th time. Peaceful harbor living!
November 10, 2022We have been at Paz Mar for 3 years now and have never been happier, the management team is top tier always welcoming and very helpful. Maintenance team is professional and hard working they definitely get the job done quickly and correctly. Our outdoor spaces are always clean, gardened and stocked with doggy bags!
