Very outdated apartment complex
July 9, 2025Peachtree Apartments is poorly managed, outdated, and feels unsafe. The intercom system is non-functional and appears to be there just for show. Stairwell doors either don’t lock or don’t close properly, allowing anyone easy access. Many of the windows are old and prone to leaking. Maintenance is extremely slow—requests can take weeks to be addressed. They charge for parking, yet the parking lot is in terrible condition, full of large potholes. The property manager is often frantic, ...unprofessional, and rude. Pieces of siding frequently fall off the building and are left scattered around outside. Trash is a constant issue, and there’s a clear lack of upkeep both inside and outside the property. While they’re quick to threaten eviction, they also make it extremely difficult for tenants to move out. Getting in contact with upper management is nearly impossible, and despite the lack of improvements, rent continues to increase.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Worst experience ever!!
March 16, 2019Worst apartment I've ever stayed in. The property is not kept up properly. The people in the office and the maintenance staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you have an emergency request, good luck with getting it resolved in a timely manner. If you want hot showers and good quality appliances, I advise you to look elsewhere. I would give zero stars if it was possible because this is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Very welcoming
October 17, 2018What isnt there to say about Peachtree Apartments? I have lived here for a year so far with my two children and it is a very welcoming place to live.
