July 30, 2025I loved Peak16 it was an amazing property & checked off all my boxes! When I got there the lobby was was such a beautiful space & the staff were incredibly sweet. Isabelle the leasing agent provided me with all the information I needed & showed me around the property which was in amazing condition. July 1, 20250 stars. What needs the most improvement is the staff, (rude & inconsiderate of the people paying to live here) always so negative and not curtious. No one is ever smiling and every staff member looks MISERABLE. as well as general maintenance upkeep. A list of problems on each floor that has never been taken care of, seems like staff doesn’t care about the health concerns of the building. Multiple ppl moving out and not renewing their lease for a reason, all of the neighbors in the “community” ...have been let down due to Greystars poor management.Property Manager Responded
