    The community is a great place to live. The whole staff and maintenance are very approachable and always take time to hear your concerns if any. I have lived here for over three years and enjoy the complex. I never hear any pose and live above the pool

    Everyone has been super responsive and helpful with moving in. Very happy overall with the positive attitude from the staff. Getting my support tickets resolved promptly and being helpful with questions in regards to how things work and operate. Glad to call this place home!

    I loved Peak16 it was an amazing property & checked off all my boxes! When I got there the lobby was was such a beautiful space & the staff were incredibly sweet. Isabelle the leasing agent provided me with all the information I needed & showed me around the property which was in amazing condition. I will definitely be renting here in the future & would highly recommend to people in the Phoenix area.

    0 stars. What needs the most improvement is the staff, (rude & inconsiderate of the people paying to live here) always so negative and not curtious. No one is ever smiling and every staff member looks MISERABLE. as well as general maintenance upkeep. A list of problems on each floor that has never been taken care of, seems like staff doesn’t care about the health concerns of the building. Multiple ppl moving out and not renewing their lease for a reason, all of the neighbors in the “community” ...
    have been let down due to Greystars poor management.

    It is a great place and convenient area to live. The staff and maintenance do a great job and always do their job fast and efficiently. I never really hear any noise and right above the pool. If there is an issue they quickly resolve it.

Coming from a nightmare situation, the difference truly felt like night and day.
