      Please save your money and do not rent here. I ve only been here for about 2 weeks but I signed my lease and gave a maintenance list of things that needed to be fixed about a month and a half ago and it’s been horrible. The maintenance staff is lazy and the office staff makes excuses and gives you the runarounds. My dish washer doesn’t work, it’s been full of water for 2 months. I put in requests but nothing is ever done. The top burners on my stove do not work so I can only use to oven. My ...
      dryer went out 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them to come out not to mention the all the other maintenance requests that I’ve been waiting 2 months for them to fix. I was told the apartment was upgraded with new cabinets and appliances. Well their version of upgrades is crappy paint jobs over everything including the bathroom shower walls and tubs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy..

      It has now been a week since my air conditioning has stopped working. Over the week, there have been multiple days of heat advisory which have caused temperatures in my apartment to rise as high as 91°F on some days! Despite submitting multiple work orders, emails, and frequently visiting the front office requesting updates, I still remain without a clear timeline or solution to the issue. This is unsafe, uncomfortable, and unprofessional!
