April 12, 2025I moved here recently, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and comes with modern appliances. The building is generally quiet, and neighbors are respectful. I especially appreciate the on-site amenities like the gym and laundry facilities. Management is responsive to maintenance requests, parking is decent, but guest spots can be limited. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 12, 2015Please spare yourself.... This is literally the worst place to live. I moved into a townhouse($867 per month) almost 2 years ago. I fell in love with the laminate wood flooring, soaring ceiling and brick fire place. IT WAS A TRAP.Management is horrible not even 2 years have past and we have already been through 3 different property managers. And the most recent, Shelly is the worst. Shelly is extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem at all qualified to run a property. This community's budget is ...very minimal and that is their excuse for everything. They allowed me and my family to live with several MICE for weeks because they did not want to pay for an exterminator... only traps (Shelly claimed the land was farm land, so it's normal for field mice to enter homes for warmth) She is ridiculous. Nothing gets done in a timely manner here... And you can forget about contacting corporate, they never return calls. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I only stayed a 2nd year because we were getting a new property manager. I had high hopes that it would get better...
