I am very comfortable living in this condominium, and I am currently renewing my lease for a second year. It has been a very positive and comfortable experience.
Furthermore, the management and maintenance team always responds promptly and offers effective solutions to any situation.
Without a doubt, it is a place where it is well worth continuing to live.

TAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Billing is always messed up with random fees/alerts popping up throughout the month on your account. Filthy apartment common areas, dog poo everywhere, weed smell everywhere, low-quality/noisy people. Have gotten my car banged up three times just sitting in the parking lot ($2000 in damage) since I moved here but parked in the wrong parking spot once in two years and the staff had my car towed immediately - took my car and $300 out my pocket (to get it back) the week rent ...
is due. They have my car info and contact info and could've asked me to move it but called the tow company instead. No note, warning or anything. That's how much they care about their residents. If you want to live in a rapidly deteriorating place served by an office of vindictive people power tripping and acting like the tenants are a problem, this is your new home. IF NOT, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE. There are dozens of better places to live in the area besides this trash bin of a "community." Oh and had to call maintenance every two weeks for a year about the same problem. A/C was leaking and shutting off, mold probably all in the wall but they don't care.

We are new to Tampa and we have move here to make Tampa our permanent home, as well to start our family. Pearce at Pavilion was the Only property who had all those little details that make the difference. The customer service here is Amazing and we are very happy with our decision. Don’t think twice about this property, just rent it!!!

The community is quite peaceful. Good neighborhood and quiet. You feel like you are living in a resort, mainly due to the balance of plants and the central lake that form a beautiful landscape. In the midst of all this, the layout of the buildings and apartments helps to have a cozy atmosphere. The management team (Daniel and Jessica) are extremely attentive and friendly. Everything is magnificent.

Pearce at Pavilion is a pleasant family friendly complex with lots of dogs, children and mix of people with lots of amenities and most importantly a convenient location with access to a Publix Supermarket, dry cleaner, vet and restaurants and major highways at a reasonable rent price.

Pearce Pavilion apartments is a quiet community with state of the art fitness facility and computer lab. The pool and spa pool are great with cabanas set up for entertaining guests for grilling and TV. The best thing about this complex is its location. Pearce Pavilion apartments is at the center of the universe for department stores, I-75, and Selma Expressway. You don't have to leave your apartment for anything if you don't want to. Its amazing!!

Move across the street to the Oasis Apartments. You don't want to live here in this filth. Your vehicles will get broken into and packages stolen. The amenities are trashed by the tenants who have no respect for anything.
