June 9, 2023I love living here! Clean, calm, safe, friendly, very reasonably priced. I hardly ever hear through walls or ceiling. People here are kind and respectful of each other. All the employees here go the extra mile to take care of residents and property. I call this my retirement resort, even though it is very family friendly for folks with children. May 18, 2022Pearl Point management needs to work on communicating with the residents on when the service requests will be done. Also, returning calls in general. We asked about possibly renting a storage unit and that was weeks ago, we still have not received a call back on that.
