Great Place at a Great Price

I have lived here a little over six months now and I am so happy with everything. Management is very helpful, maintenance is prompt and my upgraded apartment has everything to make it feel like home. The dog park is also amazing for my two dogs and all my neighbors are very friendly. Only complaint would be exiting during rush hour is sometimes difficult.

I am going into my 3 lease here. I have not had any problems with the property, if I have it has been fixed in a timely manner. I don't have any problems with the neighbors. Nice quiet apartment complex. Would recommend.

Unfortunately power and hot water are no guarantee here. The pool has been locked for 5 months possibly longer. Mailboxes do not lock your mail will be stolen. The grass regularly grows past knee height. There is little to no communication from management. A lot of the washers and dryers provided in the laundromat will take your money and give you nothing. There is only one entrance to the property and it is quite rough. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't mind going without hot water or ...

People smoke weed and have no regards to others, drama infested, people blare music and drink all night long. Manager refuses to talk to anyone, maintenance men are horrible. Do not recommend. Doesn’t even deserve a star.
