Since we’ve moved here we’ve had nothing but problems they were supposed to remove the paint on our hard wood floor upon move in which was almost 6 months ago. We currently don’t have any running water in the kitchen haven’t had any for about 5 days we put in a maintenance request a couple time they never respond to those either. We have seen roaches quite frequently in the apartment and we are being charged extra for a company to come spray and I’ve only seen them once so we are paying for ...
nothing basically. I went to the office to explain my concerns and then later my friend was going to work and heard the manager talking to a maintenance guy and making fun of the conversation that we had while I was in the office so management is very poor here they just changed to a “luxury”apartment but sweetie nothing is luxury about this terrible place.
