August 13, 2019Cliff Notes: car damage, noise, roaches, weed, trumped up move out charges, went without hot water for a week. The year I lived there I had multiple problems. The first week I moved in my car was hit in the parking lot and damaged. Later a milkshake was thrown on my windshield. The office staff does not care and rushes you out of the office as fast as possible. The water tank went out and I was left with no hot water for a week. I had to shower at friend's houses. Nothing from the ...management, just the were working on it. I complained about roaches. Never had them before and haven't had them since I moved. I was told there wasn't anything they could do. They were so bad, I would call maintenance to take down the fans in the bathroom and throw away the dead roaches. They would take them outside because there were so many in there. I had a leak that I reported 3 times, it never got fixed and was there until I moved out. I have pictures of the apartment upon my move out for proof that it was in good shape. They sent me a bill claiming they had to replace all the carpeting. I sent a contest letter that they never responded to. Now I have a collection notice for a bill of almost $900. The manager has changed twice since I moved in a little over a year ago. Laundry gets taken. Lots of noise and weed and this is with a manager living on the siteProperty Manager Responded

Absolutely Terrible
August 9, 2019Living here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. During the application process the front office actually answered the phone and responded to our emails and were very pleasant. However, after moving in we realized that there is hardly ever anyone in the office despite the posted hours. They don’t respond to emails or work orders, and now won’t answer the phone concerning our question about our security deposit we were supposed to get back a month ago. During our one long year here we ...had problems with ants that never got fixed, we were surrounded by neighbors who were loud and blaring music through out the night, and my wife had her car stolen and my car was broken in to. We also had three different neighbors during our time here, two of which were evicted, and that was literally just right next to us. If you are considering living here, I would strongly recommend that you find something else.Property Manager Responded

This Place Sucks
October 18, 2016If you want the truth here it is... Do not let the looks blind you this place is no amazing find. Moved in 6 months ago and I am counting the days, the day my lease is up, I am out. In 6 months It's gone from a nice place to live all the way down to get me the heck out. Management sucks!! This new manager doesn't seem to smart. Works orders don't waste your time they never get done. I am tired of asking to be ignored so tick tok I wish this clock would hurry up only 6 more months UGH My ...neighbor has bed bugs and the other neighbor thinks she has roaches from her neighbor. Really don't tell the office they don't care. Trust me don't make the mistake I did move anywhere but here.Property Manager Responded

Loving my situation
August 13, 2016I have to say this is the best place in Tucson hands down. I have a pool view and the pool is amazing!! Love the landscape and great parking. I have lived in 8 apartments in 8 years so I am an expert with apartment living!! Amazing management that really cares about the residents. Nice but could use attention
August 3, 2015For my wife and I this 2 bedroom 2 floor apt is ideal. The property is well maintained with exception of exterior night lights. It gets kind of dark. Maintenance will come usually within 24 hours but can not address issues that were not a u theorized by management. Management on site is lacking and seems to be a different young lady every month. When moved in 1 1/2 yrs ago the on site manager promised they would repair the broken cement patio but was never done. In addition the handicapped ...parking is never enforced and as a senior with some limitations this is a problem. Additionally most neighbors seem to be young people and they feel they do not need to observe handicapped parking. I wish management were more attentive.Property Manager Responded
