This place is falling apart and when you call to have something fixed, they take ages to come. The management is horrific. Please don’t give them your money and go somewhere that won’t make you feel like you’re going insane.

Pebble Creek and by extension Solomon Organization did a more than poor job of taking care of their tenants during lockdown. They then also have the audacity to raise rent prices during a pandemic. Their redeeming quality is their maintenance crew who work quickly and efficiently and are also kind. Not worth the rent.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! The apartments are run down. Maintenance is horrible and can’t fix anything. I’ve lived here for three years and two of the three years my roof has leaked. My heat has went out every year after the summer months. The first summer my wife and I lived here put A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. The new management is horrible. The only thing they are worried about is renovating units to up the prices. The only pro to living here is the location and the pool. ...

Pebble Creek is a great community! I love the environment and how personable the office staff is. I also enjoy the 24/7 gym access. It works well with my crazy schedule. Another great amenity is the bark park, my pup really enjoys the park.

I had just moved in and couldn’t find anyone to help me move a couch up three flights of stairs. I contacted Katie at the rental office and she asked two of the maintenance men to help me after hours. They moved the very heavy couch and asked for nothing in return. So thankful for such friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Pebble Creek Apartments!!

Pebble creek was great! I lived there for two years. Cosmetically, the buildings are older which comes with its own issues, some units are renovated. In the summers the stink bugs are extremely bad. Other than that, the neighborhood is peaceful and active. Great landscaping upkeep, the maintenance people are friendly and prompt. No major complaints, great place to live.
Peeble Creek Apartments are run down, cosmetics on outside are bad, stairwell also, no follow ups from office & maintenance staff, very loud location!

I don't know where to start with the issues at Peeble Creek Apartments. They seem to only care about luring new customers in, they are sweet as pie at the beginning. Then when you need something done you don't get follow ups from the office staff nor the maintenance staff. Things that needs to be fixed in your apartment are ignored. Peeble Creek lures new customers in with being attentive at first, and you'll notice they only fix up the apartment buildings that are seen from the entrance and to ...

All of those buildings Peeble Creek have fixed up cosmetically to look great, they painted the outside of the buildings, cleaned the stairwells, replaced the roofs. But if you drive up and observe the other buildings/complexs at Peeble Creek that are at the very top, all around there near the playground at the top of the hill you will notice how run down they look. The paint is old and chipping away, the stairwells look like they haven't been cleaned or blasted for YEARS, and the roofs are ignored.
It's also a very loud location, the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors above/below you, neighbors in your building coming and going. Very loud and out of control children at the playgrounds they have.
Peeble Creek Apartments should only be your last resort. There are PLENTY of other nicer apartment complexes in Roanoke to choose from for the same or cheaper prices! Avoid Peeble Creek Apartments! I wish I had.
