Almost a year at Pebble Hill, and overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
The true highlight here is Natasha, the property manager—she’s an absolute gem. From the moment I inquired about moving in, she has been kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of, and having someone like her in the office makes a world of difference.
Parking can be a challenge, so I opted for a secured spot. It’s an extra cost, but totally ...
worth it for the peace of mind of always having a place for myself or guests.
My one-bedroom apartment is cozy but does lack storage, especially in the kitchen. Thankfully, with some creative organization tricks, I’ve made it work. The buildings are starting to show their age, and while there aren’t any amenities, the quiet atmosphere and friendly community make up for it.
Maintenance has been fairly smooth. A few minor issues have come up, but Natasha is always quick to step in and get things resolved. And while I’ve heard concerns about car break-ins and noise, I personally haven’t experienced any of that.
Pebble Hill isn’t perfect, but the caring management and overall livability make it a solid choice. My time here has been peaceful, and I feel comfortable in my home. So, if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming place with a property manager who truly cares, it’s definitely worth considering!
