April 17, 2019We have been here quite some time and we have enjoyed it very much. The girls in the office have always gone above and beyond. There was an issue during management change that made things difficult like monthly bill statements but they finally got it resolved. The maintenance staff is amazing they always come out the same day of putting request. I especially enjoy that my rent doesn't jump up so high at renewal time. They’re Okay!
July 23, 2018The Clubhouse is only open during office hours 9-5pm Mon thru Friday. Clubhouse is closed on weekends. No gym! Nice pool. The laundry room is hot, have no a/c so when you’re putting clothes to wash you’re sweating. Only 1 gas grill for the complex to use. A few charcoal grills on the property. Office personnel is okay! Only have one cable option for the whole complex which is Grande Communication. Maintenance comes out quick for any issues! August 26, 2015These are great apartments! The buildings are very nice, and they are currently updating the units and repaving the parking lot. The best rates for the quality of the apartments in this area, and definitely well kept up. Staff is friendly and worked with me to switch units when I was having money trouble. They placed me in a newly remodeled apartment with hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedroom and closet, and brand new appliances in the kitchen that still fit in my budget.
