August 4, 2025Average so far. Just need some maintence things fixed up before I call it home. The process of moving in was easy enough, but the chords to the wifi box was cut so we needed to wait a few days for the wifi to be fixed and that was a hastle because I have school and things I need to be connected to the internet for.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025I gave 1 star because I put in a maintenance request for the garbage disposal and still nothing done husband has been telling the office about the burners on the stove for months still nothing we have lived here over 10 yrs and always pay our rent on time there's never been any issues in our apartment but we can't seem to get anything done so instead of staying we have decided not to renew our lease because we can't seem to get anything doneProperty Manager Responded

August 1, 2025Overall, the experience has been quite decent! I would absolutely love to see the kids’ park get a refresh—it would make such a difference. Adding a designated dog park would be amazing for pet lovers and could really help keep things clean by preventing dog waste in shared spaces. It would also be great to see towing rules enforced and the gates functioning properly, as intended. Small changes like these could make the community even better!Property Manager Responded
