TERRIBLE
July 7, 2023INFESTED with roaches. When bringing it to management all she did was insinuate we were dirty by saying we probably have used furniture and dirty dishes (we had neither). After speaking with other residents we found out that we weren’t the only ones with this exact issue.Property Manager Responded

Disgusting!
September 7, 2022Worst experience I have ever had. When I moved in there was a hole in the tub, the fridge stopped working, the water tank was discharging rusted water and then the air conditioner stopped working the last six months that I lived there. The cabinets were disintegrating when I moved in and and that was never repaired. I was told alternatively that the rusted water was normal, to just run the water until it is clear for half a year before the water heater finally failed. Management never upheld ...their end of the contract. I only lived here for one year thankfully. I am leaving this as a warning.Property Manager Responded

Renters beware
April 19, 2021Manager is rude walked in and asked for a tour of the apartment complex she told me that I could just drive around and look after I drove an hour and a half to come look at the apartments. Apartment complex is clean but the houses are in bad shape needs to be power washed and all re painted outside air conditioners outside need to be all replaced in poor shape rent seems high for it being in bad shape Only 2 maintenance crew guys and were just sitting around vape there cigarettes. We were told ...we were approved then manager said it fell through due to my car getting repo in 2019 due to covid and having to stay home with my premie baby even though I’m the co applicant and that shouldn’t matter! We all have been struggling this past year with covid around! they are very picky on applications be careful don’t loose out on your money!Property Manager Responded

A bugs life
April 8, 2019BUGS! Cockroaches in the kitchens and silverfish everywhere else. If you live upstairs your floor will feel like you could fall through. Stairs outside are rusty and look unsafe. I wouldn’t stay here very long.Property Manager Responded

The Worst Place I've Ever Lived
December 30, 2018I made the biggest mistake by moving here. I had read some negative reviews but I had also read some positive reviews. I know one of the manager's so I was thinking this would be a good place to move. I was proven wrong. First of all they should make crystal clear to single parents with kid's that it has no school bus that passes here. I didnt find that out until after I already paid my deposit and rent. Then upon move in I paid with two money order's. One from the post office and the other from ...Walmart. They never said we don't accept money order's. They gladly had taken them. I didnt move in until Saturday night because it had rained all that day. I couldn't get light's connected on a Saturday night obviously. I was told I had two day's to get them in my name. I work until 5pm every Monday. So I went on Tuesday morning. They said well not they the manager. I forgot her name. That I owed $80 to them in light's. Wow really? But for the entire month my bill was only $92.73. Getting back to the money order's. They "don't accept" money order's but in their lease it states we accept them but not after the 2nd of the month. I paid January rent on December 26th in a money order which is clearly before the 2nd but the manager refused it. Thats the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. They do not give you grace day's to pay your rent. After the 2nd is $50 after the 5th or 10th it's an additional $100. Then they files evictions on the 15th and you will end up having to pay that. I have lived in other places that give you until the 5th or 10th. My last apartment I lived in didnt care long as you paid your rent within that month. This is a shady place to live at. The only thing that's okay is the other manager, Belinda. But that other lady and whoever is this shady company blue moon or whatever is terrible. Run!! Do not move here. I would never in my life have moved here if I had known what I was signing. I signed my lease after I had already moved in. Online while at work. Little print. So I'll be the voice for it. Because I do not receive SSI disability to say I can have the rent paid every month on the first But the apartments are nice I don't want to leave that part out. And the maintenance guy fix stuff ASAP. And that's because Belinda stays on top of all that. The other lady just wants to toot her own horn by saying she's been doing this 15 years. But I've been renting about 13 years. And this place here makes up rules as they go...Property Manager Responded
