Building 13 Roach infestation
August 20, 2024The website blocked the 1st review because I told the truth about the apartment. It has roach infestation.Review from Apartments.com
Beware.
January 4, 2022Have been a resident for about 4 months and the gates have NEVER worked. Instead of fixing them they just lock them.Roach infestation. Trash compactor not working. This is not the first time this is happened. - but will still charge valet fee. They lie about the reviews. They pay people to lie for the reviews offering and incentive when you sign up. Gates never work. Constant excuses. Place has dog poop everywhere. I can tell you how many times I have stepped in it. They will charge you for ...everything. But when it doesn't work.. they won't refund you. I have loads of photos of this disappointing place. I have even reported them to the health and safely department. This how disgusting this please is. I can only warn you. But if you want to be taken a ride for please feel free. Oh yes. Parking forget about it. Lucky if you get a place to park.Property Manager Responded

Not good
December 21, 2021Have been a resident for about 4 months and the gates have NEVER worked 2 days in a row, aka no security or peace of mind. Roach infestation. Trash compactor not working- but will still charge valet fee. Just disappointing.Property Manager Responded

Great apartments
July 6, 2021When I moved in I had made contact with Candace. She helped me move in and made the process very easy from start to finish. She was very easy to get ahold of and answered all my concerns/questions that I had. The complex is well maintained and the room plan that I decided on is at great price and looks awesome. Pecan Springs, Great staff and great complex
July 3, 2021After combing through available apartment companies in the San Antonio area for our two boys going to UTSA this fall, we were really fortunate to stop into Pecan Springs. Michelle was so nice and helpful answering all of our questions and showing us all the complex had to offer. We were certain that we had finally found the best all round apartment for our two boys. Beautiful apartments with great view
June 30, 2021These apartments are beautiful and so is the view. When we walked in we were greeted by friendly and professional leasing consultants Michelle and Tatiana. The complex is pet friendly and the gym is amazing. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place that has the homey feeling the moment you arrive. Thanks to staff for going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. My favorite part of pecan springs is the state of the art pool and grilling areas. Pecan Springs, Great staff, even better complex
June 23, 2021After the owner of the home we've been renting for over 10 years suddenly decided to sell the home we needed a place to stay and we needed it quickly, we wanted to stay in the same area we lived in before so I visited Pecan Springs and met Michelle, her personality was great, she shoed me 2 apartment home, I fell in love with the 2nd on, a few hours later I brought my fiance over to see it and she also fell in love with the apartment, plus Michelle made the process so understanding and answered ...all the questions we had, so we applied and was accepted and we're looking for to our new apartment home, Thanks, Michelle, Candice and the the whole teamProperty Manager Responded
