Central air is terrible
June 11, 2023The Pecan Valley apartments will get you really good square footage for a good price, but the central air is terrible. In the summer, every day, expect your apartment to get above 80 degrees, even with the central air running all day. It seems as though they put in central air units that aren't capable of keeping the apartments at a reasonable temperature. If you like your apartment to be hot, Pecan Valley will give you that.
