October 17, 2023I moved to Portland last year and ultimately decided to pick Peloton because of their intention to build community and the location. After almost a year living here, I am overall really glad I ended up at Peloton -- management is super friendly and attentive, the building facilities are well maintained, apartment is generally pretty quiet, there are great community spaces that residents can use/rent, and I appreciate the small things the management team does for residents and the events they put ...on to build community. March 24, 2023Peloton is a welcoming apartment complex in a lovely walkable area of North Portland. As a new resident I have been slowly settling in but the staff have helped make the process smooth. Moving from across the country I did not have an opportunity to tour the facility in person before leasing but was given plenty of digital media and information to help me make my leasing decision. I chose this area based on my many friend’s recommendations as well as online reviews. Peloton is one of the highest ...rated complexes in the area and that made my leasing decision for a 3000 mile move more comfortable. The complex has plenty of amenities to entertain, fiber internet, as well as a great position in the semi-urban North Portland neighborhood.
