I’ve lived at the Peloton for 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, staff, community, location, etc. All staff members are friendly and courteous. They do a great job of building community by hosting events frequently in the HUB lounge, having coffee available in the office, pet of the month program, and so on. It’s a great place to live in a wonderful neighborhood!

Peloton Apartments is a quality complex at the gateway to North Portland. With walking access to both Williams Ave. and Mississippi Ave. the complex is a prime location for those seeking the ability to live in a walkable community and not be crammed into the center of downtown. I moved to Portland last year and ultimately decided to pick Peloton because of their intention to build community and the location. After almost a year living here, I am overall really glad I ended up at Peloton -- management is super friendly and attentive, the building facilities are well maintained, apartment is generally pretty quiet, there are great community spaces that residents can use/rent, and I appreciate the small things the management team does for residents and the events they put ...

Having lived here at the Peleton for almost 6 years, the community events are important and fun (loved the super bowl party). The more events, the better! I also love the fitness center and work out daily.

Peloton is a welcoming apartment complex in a lovely walkable area of North Portland. As a new resident I have been slowly settling in but the staff have helped make the process smooth. Moving from across the country I did not have an opportunity to tour the facility in person before leasing but was given plenty of digital media and information to help me make my leasing decision. rated complexes in the area and that made my leasing decision for a 3000 mile move more comfortable. The complex has plenty of amenities to entertain, fiber internet, as well as a great position in the semi-urban North Portland neighborhood. Overall moving into the Peloton Apartments has been a good decision and I hope it continues to be.

We came upon Peloton when looking to tour a different property. We stopped in and the staff was immediately accommodating, which worked out, as now we are tenants.
