We have lived here for about eight months I love waking up to the lake view. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot close to my door and I have pretty good neighbors and I guess I can’t really complain. I kinda like it out here.

Poor place to live

I would not send no one here to live. It takes them about a mth or so to fix anything in your apartment and when they do it be half done. Also they have one trash compacter for all the residents at the complex. If you leave any trash bags outside on the floor of the compacter they will fine you for leaving it there and they take pictures and go through the trash bags as well.I'm not leaving bags of garbage in my house until the compacter is empty again. I will leave it in front of the office door ...
and have them get rid of it when it comes empty. I they dont leave bags of garbage outside their homes if the trash is full they put it on the side of the garbage can so it can be picked up. They get mad if they see garbage stacked up on the side of the compacter but it's ok to have big furniture outside the compacter looking all trashy and all. They have 2 major potholes that need to be fix or it will damage someones car. They have the horrible customer service experience ever since Rhonda and Melissa left. Now there's a lady there and her attitude is nasty as ever. You can't just walk in and she gets up and just by any means necessary have a nasty attitude. They don't welcome you at the door like they should. They need more maintenance people here that knows what they are doing. They close unfinished maintenance requests that hasn't been done. Customer service is a major experience when it comes to a professional business. They are not at this complex. The speed bumps are very annoying every day that you come across them. There are like 7 just before you get to my apartment.

Since they fired everyone and got new management it seems like they don't care about people anymore . In everyone's leases they were allowed to have grills and now they're taking that away fining everyone and $50 for having it outside unfortunately some of us have grills that are too large to bring in . This is low income yet they're raising our rent and they use electric that doubles our bill. . Now to add all these extra fees and $50 for everything including trash left by our front door it's ...
just sad and dishonorable . Over 5 years here and I think it's time to move! Use to be home now just a hassle.

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Speed bumps through out complex become annoying. Quick application process call before coming in so you can bring everything with you. Apartments go fast. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They are upgrading some apartments. HUD housing, sec 8 and has a food pantry on Wednesday.

The location is great! Local near town and 5min to beach. The grounds are well maintained and two beautiful ponds with fountains and ducks! All the Cyprus trees and palms are full grown looks nice and shady side walks galore for walking around ponds. Also pets welcome doggy walks !!
The apartments are spacious they are up grading the kitchen and baths mine our very nice. Lots of storage! Units come with washer dryer if requested. they have a great Maintence speedy and efficient! Office personal ...
