I currently still live here, just waiting it out... carpets are years old, I was told they have been here since building was built. Mold everywhere, management does not want to change them. I offered to pay to put my things in storage, and they still will not change them. The toilet leaks all the time and just recently flooded my entire carpet, all they did was put dryers... oh and do not leave them with your key, they do "inspections" and suddenly your 14k chain comes up missing.

Thetenants here play music 24/7 and smoke weed in the parking lot all day long! Management never picks up the phone and you can’t enjoy having your windows open because of the noise and weed smoke. It’s an on going party all day long . I would give it no stars but I’m forced to make one star.

IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD!!! I WENT IN TO ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY APT AVAILABLE. GIRL CLAUDIA ATTENDED ME. SHE WAS NICE AND WHEN I REQUESTED TO SEE THE APT. SHE WENT TO ASK THE OTHER GIRL NAMED DANIELA AND SHE RUDELY TOLD HER NO SHE CAN NOT SHE HAS TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FIRST. I WAS LIKE U KIDDING ME. THE NEXT DAY I CALL TO SEE IF I CAN SEE THE PLACE AND GIVE THE APPLICATION. A MEN CALLED ALBERT(APPARENTLY HE IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER)ANSWER THE PHONE. HE LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR LIKE 15MINS, ...
NEVER PICK UP. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN AND REQUEST TO ASK FOR HIM AND HE TOTALLY TOLD THE GIRL IN SPANISH THINKING I DO NOT UNDERSTAND SPANISH "DONT HAVE TIME TO TALK TO NO ONE"!!! WITH THIS IM GLAD I NEVER DID AN APPLICATION

Horrible Managment!!!

Stay away from this place. The buildings are rotting away. There is mold everywhere. Albert (the property manager) doesn't take care of anything. Then when you call the people who manage the property (Cenntenial Managment) they do not help either. It is disgusting. The lights of the buildings do not work at the right hours. It is a safety hazard. It's been 10 months of issues and they won't let me leave. I'm RUNNING as soon as my lease is up. Shady people. Disgusting place. Horrible management.

Spacious apartments. Close to schools, and shopping centers. walking distance to bus stops or shopping plazas,quiet area only issues are the many frogs that come out once it rains and for the 1 bed rooms apartments the bathroom is located in the bed room.

This is a great apartment, convenient for my daughter school, supermarket, work and other places. Although, sometimes I find it difficult to pay my rent sometimes due to other bills. I am a single mother of a one beautiful girl 12 years old and mom also lives with me too where we share the rent. I am hoping one day to get a three bedrooms for more space for my daughter and I.
