Very safe and quiet environment. Grounds and buildings are kept up. Out of the way feeling, but close to shopping and highway.

I love our life at Pembroke Woods. It’s a cozy neighborhood with friendly neighbors and spacious living. I have two kids that live with us here who love using the playground, pool and walking the trials in the back. Plenty to do and plenty of friends to make here. Everyone is so kind and really gives the sense of a community. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and look forward to continuing to raise my family here

Nice community with one Tennant exception, above us bang loudly sometimes at 2, 3 in the morning. Grounds well kept. Maintenance is always helpful. Front office is always helpful. Peaceful and private. No police activity, safe.

Pembroke Woods is a great community but it lacks benefits as being a resident. Maintenance requests take forever, over a year.
