The apartment interior is "a step above" most other places I have rented in the past. The office staff has always been very friendly, courteous and helpful and they quickly handled whatever issues I might have had. I truly appreciate that the maintenance staff also responded immediately, and did a very thorough job resolving our problems. Two theft incidences. Thieves broke twice into my car. Not to blame the property but a disadvantage of the area. 2. We have had some maintenance requests already, although they have always responded quickly and repairs are completed promptly. The property is well maintained and the area is quiet and peaceful.
