The apartment interior is "a step above" most other places I have rented in the past. The office staff has always been very friendly, courteous and helpful and they quickly handled whatever issues I might have had. I truly appreciate that the maintenance staff also responded immediately, and did a very thorough job resolving our problems. March 29, 2021Advantages: Area is nice. People are friendly. Clean buildings. Excellent customer service by the office (specially Kristin). Excellent maintenance staff. Disadvantages: 1. Two theft incidences. Thieves broke twice into my car. Not to blame the property but a disadvantage of the area. 2. Too many maintenance issues with the apartment. 15 maintenance work orders opened in less than two years. 1 administration order opened in the past two yearsReview from Apartments.com
