Horrible
October 26, 2021I've only been here for a few months and there have been so many issues. First of all the maintenance blamed something on us that wasn't even our fault. Next, my toilet breaks like every 2 weeks. Then they come to fix it and it breaks again another 2 weeks later. The AC is controlled by the building but it's not like it matters because the AC also tends to break quite often. In-fact it broke at about Early August and they said it would be fixed by October. good place
October 18, 2017Stayed there for 10 months, and had to move due to job relocation. Enjoyed my stay. The building itself is old, but maintained well and kept clean. Secured front door, monthly event, barbershop onsite, laundry on every floor, convenient location (mins' walk from bus stop, train station, schools, restaurants and dr offices). Staff are friendly and helpful. Mrs. Marcy (the manager) is always there if you need some help or just quick chat. The maintenance team responds in time.Review from Apartments.com
Super Location, Great Building!
August 4, 2015Just moved in summer 2015 and office mgr. helpful, maintainence staff efficient. Offer monthly calendar of events. In process of great renovations!
