September 22, 2020Despite Covid-19, I rented from here over the summer May-August 2020 and absolutely loved it. Everyone was nice and rent was easy to pay from the app. The bill for trash and other amenities was lower than I thought it would be too. I'm am very happy this place offered 3 month rent becuase I only needed a place to live for the duration of my internship. The Walmart and other places to eat are within walking distance, but the busy places were far enough away I felt secluded enough to be safe. The ...were several days I would forget to lock my door (car and appartment) and wasn't even worried about it. Put a bird feeder on my balcony and loved seeing all the birds come in. Even got a few hummingbirds. Apartment was clean and all in all a great place.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
May 21, 2018My husband and I have lived at Pendleton Park for six years now and we love it. The property is well cared for and they are constantly improving the grounds and apartments. We have the best maintenance team in metro Detroit. Any issues was addressed in a timely manner and things are fixed correctly here. There are tons of community events for both adults and the kiddos. The walls are thick and I very rarely hear my neighbors. The only negative thing is the price of rent. It’s a little high but I ...feel we live in a luxury apartments that are worth the price. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon! I highly recommend this property!Property Manager Responded
