Any time I have a question or concern they are quick to get back me and always treated kindly and with respect. October 4, 2019There is no playground and it’s not gated. The property manager can be rude and very nosey. Sends out many letters that are almost threatening in nature if you don’t comply. He’s making all these changes and cheap fixes for his pockets just so he can raise your rent each year. He wants to turn this into a little NYC with the expensive rent and nothing in the apartments worth the amount. Used to be a very affordable place with prior management.
