This apartment is a disaster. Pay extra and move into something decent. There’s no AC the apartments are like a rat habitat. The apartment behind the freeway are loud and the apartments are dark. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors talk about or even the way they walk. No reception. The building is old. Not well kept and the manager doesn’t care to do anything about it. She’s very unresponsive. Packages get stolen. Forget having guests over because street parking is ...
awful. They don’t allow grilling. Cell phone reception is awful. There’s just so many flaws with this place.
