Good apartment, not so good landlord

The apartment is great price, energy efficient, and nice neighborhood; however, the landlord (the realty company that manages this apartment complex) takes forever to fix things and "misplace" maintenance requests. Besides that problem, the only concern with the apartment is the soundproofing is not very good. It's a quiet neighborhood, energy efficient windows, a/c, own locked basement storage with washer/dryer hookups. Close to stores, freeway, and busway. Great location at a really good ...

price. If you can handle hearing your neighbors and pestering landlords for maintenance, this apartment will work great for you.
