Maintenance Men
November 22, 2024I called the office and told them I needed work done on my toilet. Unfortunately, it was late in the work day, and the maintenance was already gone. Anna, told me she would tell maintenance to come after their morning rounds, early the following day. I agreed. The men, Kevin and Enrique, came around 8:15am. I was pleasantly happy they came so early. They knew, from Anna, exactly what needed to be done and had all supplies with them to do the job. The work was not only done quickly and ...professionally, but these two men were VERY pleasant and friendly. It’s nice to have people that enjoy their jobs and treat tenants like they treated me. I Thanked them for coming early and doing a great job. Do not hesitate to tell the office when things may go slightly wrong. Claudia (mgr) and Anna (front desk rep) are always willing to help and straighten things out.Property Manager Responded
