October 26, 2020Any service request is almost impossible to get done in a timely manner. They have terrible customer service and hang up on their customers. The laundry room is filthy, the sidewalk is a safety hazard because they do not clean up the dirt that turns into slippery mud. Most of the lights around the app are either broken or don't work. They care more about getting their money then taking care of the people that live here. EXTREMELY RUDE. I've been here since May 2019 and the management has gotten ...worse and worse. I got hung up on mid conversation today because I was upset about what hasn't gotten accomplished, and she didn't address any of the issues I wanted to address. July 17, 2016The apartment complex is very nice, everything in my unit was up to date, new carpet and tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. It was also never noisy. The only problems I had was that I felt my landlord was biased, she said no pets but let certain people keep their small dogs and cats but when I asked about my dog she had a problem with it and my dog was a New York terrier, that weighed about 7 pounds. Also, it was almost almost impossible to have company because of their is no parking except ...the assigned parking given to you, which is one spot per apartment.
