May 17, 2020Currently live here it’s a nice place to live in but when we moved in the apartment we saw 3 cockroaches and it’s been 12 months already and every morning when we wake up we kill more than 10 cockroaches a day ! I feel like these apartments are infested. They do their maintenance of fumigating but I think it’s a cheap one.Review from Apartments.com
POOL NEVER OPEN, STAFF LEAVES WHEN THEY WANT
September 7, 2019If you want an apartment complex with amenities that you are paying for, please do not rent here. WEEKEND AFTER WEEKEND POOL IS LOCKED. NO NOTICE. (Im aware there is lever on top for child lock, I’m taking about the lock that you need a key for in order to open it).... Now management, is this ethical to lock amenities such as pool without notice (no notice was conveyed to us about pool maintenance) and steal from your renters? In addition, they say they are available Saturdays during morning, but ...staff leaves when they want (not as shown on their office or online). So Clean and Friendly
September 26, 2018Staff is so friendly and caring! Property is always clean and I love the BBQ area/Pool! Everything is at walking distance. I walk to the Gym and Dollar General across the street almost daily! I have been a Resident here for 4 Yrs and I have to say it is so peaceful. Terrible new management
September 4, 2018New management took over this facility and it’s been a disaster. The office manager, Gloria, is rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. Never in my life have been treated so poorly. I have had a water leak from my A/C for weeks now. I constantly have to clean up the water and management doesn’t fix the issue. Welcome home!
December 14, 2016I’ve been a resident at Peppertree Apartments since early last month, and I have been so, so wonderfully, pleasantly surprised with my living experience. First off, the property manager, Christine H., is incredibly prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. If there is an issue, it is taken care of, literally, as soon as she and the team can possibly take care of it, which I appreciate more than words can say, because that is incredibly hard to find. The grounds are immaculate, and ...extremely well-taken care of; you can tell a lot of love is put into the upkeep of this place, as even the smaller details are always being looked at. Both days AND nights at this place are very, very quiet, which is AWESOME, and a nice contrast to other properties, which can oftentimes play host to rowdy college students and loud parties. The LOCATION can’t be beat: Gold’s Gym McAllen is right next door, Target is right down the street, HEB, as well, just a 5-minute drive. Lastly: this complex is PET FRIENDLY! It has a pool, they provide free wi-fi, the pool is really gorgeous, and lit up at night, and the laundry facility is 24 hours. These apartments are a gem.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015Peppertree is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The complex is beautifully designed with lots of foliage that is well maintained. It definiately gives you a very "welcoming home vibe," while still being conveniently located right in the middle of the city.
