Terrible experience
February 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place treat you like a joke! When we first moved in, the apartment was not professionally cleaned, it was not cleaned at all! We found old clothes behind the dryer and the carpet was full of hair, probably from pets from the previous tenant. Our bathroom floor was also stained, probably from pet urine. They came and “fixed” the floor, but it was terribly installed. You can see the before and after on the pictures below. They have a grill on the pool, which is NEVER open. They will not let ...you know or put up a sign on the door. And you cannot use your own grill. So no grilling and barbecue at Peppertree apartments at all. Pool closed for 2 months during the summer! If you plan on inviting friends for your apartment, to have some fun, don’t do it. Office is always texting you demanding things, when you have a problem and try to talk to them, they are impossible to reach. Another resident, supposedly, hit my car at the parking lot and guess what? They don’t have any cameras and won’t help you at all!!! Gate is ALWAYS BROKE. Instead of putting a real gate, they pretend and set up a thin wood, to “stop” cars from going in. So if you would like to live in a closed-gate community, Peppertree is not for you. Once again, they treat residents as a joke! I thought I was moving to a serious and “luxury” complex but I was completely wrong!
