Perfect place to live!
February 4, 2026Great office staff, attentive maintenance, and the location is amazing! I live in a 3 bedroom and absolutely love how spacious the home is and how quiet the neighborhood is! Home at Last!
April 7, 2025I toured at least 8 apartments before being referred to Peppertree. The minute I stepped into the beautifully-decorated lobby, I felt at home. Great Maintenance Experience!

February 21, 2024I enjoying enjoyed stopping by this community! The women who helped me today were the sweetest. One came out of her office to answer the questions, but the best thing was she even introduced herself and offered me coffee and went and made it for me! I visited numerous complexes and was told they were closed for lunch or they had nothing to show. I am very much looking forward to finishing the application process and hopefully moving in soon. I told them how thankful I was for their ...hospitality, and they said it's our job to help you we enjoy helping others find their home. Special young ladies! Great location even better location

Terrible experience
February 25, 2023This place treat you like a joke! When we first moved in, the apartment was not professionally cleaned, it was not cleaned at all! We found old clothes behind the dryer and the carpet was full of hair, probably from pets from the previous tenant. Our bathroom floor was also stained, probably from pet urine. They came and “fixed” the floor, but it was terribly installed. You can see the before and after on the pictures below. They have a grill on the pool, which is NEVER open. They will not let ...you know or put up a sign on the door. And you cannot use your own grill. So no grilling and barbecue at Peppertree apartments at all. Pool closed for 2 months during the summer! If you plan on inviting friends for your apartment, to have some fun, don’t do it. Office is always texting you demanding things, when you have a problem and try to talk to them, they are impossible to reach. Another resident, supposedly, hit my car at the parking lot and guess what? They don’t have any cameras and won’t help you at all!!! Gate is ALWAYS BROKE. Instead of putting a real gate, they pretend and set up a thin wood, to “stop” cars from going in. So if you would like to live in a closed-gate community, Peppertree is not for you. Once again, they treat residents as a joke! I thought I was moving to a serious and “luxury” complex but I was completely wrong! Can’t wait to have my contract expire to get out of here.Property Manager Responded
