Peppertree Villas
June 14, 2019The new management staff is very kind and courteous and tries to attend to resident needs. However, the following issues I could not ignore, causing me to leave after just a year: -AC/Heat noise is extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. -Neighbors are very loud, as they play music loudly from their cars. -Upstairs neighbor footsteps and activities could be heard at all times. -AC unit of upstairs neighbors was right outside my bedroom window making noise. -My apartment smelled like ...cigarettes when I moved in and I couldn't remove this smell no matter what I tried. -Enormous pot holes in the parking lot were not fixed. -Children play outside and hit balls onto cars. -Snow clean up is very slow and delayed. -Emergency maintenance rarely answers. -Numerous notes on my door saying they would come into inspect but never actually did. Overall, I was very disappointed with this apartment complex and I do not recommend living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pepper tree villas
December 18, 2017Warning you! This is the worst place ever. they gave me the apartment not clean, and discovered the day they gave me the key there are bed bugs in the apartment. I have moved out to another complex for sure, but they did not give me my deposit back! Stay Away. Do not waste your time.Review from Apartments.com
