    This "luxury" apartment building is a complete dumpster fire. My family lasted only three weeks before we moved out. After living in countless apartments in NYC and the Capital District, I've never experienced such neglect. This place is so abhorrent that the Saratoga Code Enforcement has had to get involved for two separate tenants in less than a few months. If you are at all sensitive to mold or dust, do not move here (they don't clean the HVAC system). The Perennial (and management Prime) ...
    should be seriously looked at as it's nothing but a high-priced health hazard.
