Fantastic place to live. Beautiful, clean, quiet and high quality amenities. My family and I needed a place to rent for a year while we wait to sell our home. We were looking for a floorplan with an open layout, modern kitchen, and great appliances. It's hard to find one place that has all of that. The Perla has it all.

I have lived at Perla Gem Lake for over three years, and I could not recommend it more highly! The Maneger ( Kassie ) is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to questions . The office staff TJ and Veliska are amazing. What really sets this place apart is maintenance team . Any time I’ve submitted a request ( Kimroy and his team , they’ve handled it within 24 hours, the technician are always friendly and professional.
