Fantastic place to live. Beautiful, clean, quiet and high quality amenities. My family and I needed a place to rent for a year while we wait to sell our home. We were looking for a floorplan with an open layout, modern kitchen, and great appliances. It's hard to find one place that has all of that. The Perla has it all.

The office staff TJ and Veliska are amazing. What really sets this place apart is maintenance team .
