Fantastic place to live. Beautiful, clean, quiet and high quality amenities. My family and I needed a place to rent for a year while we wait to sell our home. We were looking for a floorplan with an open layout, modern kitchen, and great appliances. It's hard to find one place that has all of that. The Perla has it all.

The office staff TJ and Veliska are amazing. What really sets this place apart is maintenance team . Everything has been great since our move on Oct 24th, 2025. The representatives at the leasing office have been fantastic and the building is always clean and smells great. The space is modern and spacious. We are really enjoying our stay here and will recommend others.
