This apartment complex deserves 0 stars. Do NOT rent from them. Your rent will increase every year. You will not know this until you receive a letter in the mail just days before your lease is up. No one in central office is competent enough to answer any questions or help you in any way. They even removed this review which shows that they are trying to hide the truth. Stay far away from this place.

Poor service horrid management

It took sever months to get a dishwasher serviced, took 3 visits to repair the leaking air conditioner. Had carpets professionally cleaned when we moved out and they kept our deposit. From what I have heard from others this is the way they do things they keep everyone's deposit. Stay away from this place it's not worth it !

STAY AWAY. Absolutely horrible maintenance, our heating unit was out for half of winter and the electric bill was double, but it took months to fix. Fridge leaked for months before they bothered to do anything about it. New Owners are LR Management, and they will take advantage of you every chance you get. You must pay for professional cleaning to move out, only for them to keep the deposit anyway. When the office heard I was looking for a home they sent me a letter doubling my rent with 30 days ...
notice. Also, if you use water on a paper towel the paint literally comes right off of the walls. Very cheap, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. STAY AWAY.
