I have witness a complete 180 with this apartment. The management team is ON POINT!!! The apartment manager is AMAZING but she doesn't play games when it comes to this property. She has done and currently in the process of upgrading this complex that it will be considered luxury apartments. The maintenance man (Rico) is hands down the best. I had a small issue with my apartment and he was there less than 24 hours notification. The officers here are super sweet and kind. The female officer is by ...
far the most relax officer I have ever meet. She kept my vehicle from being towed many of times. The officers are out here with the kids and I see them all of the time. The parking is the only thing that is a struggle but what complex doesn't have issue with parking (apartment manager is working on this).
The previous complex I lived in was horrible and gave Perry Heights a try. It was by far the best decision I could ever make! Do not listen to these other reviews, COME OUT AND LOOK FOR YOURSELF YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Looks are deceiving, it’s not worth it!

This apartment complex is all about money. They don’t fix anything, I had molds in the apartment I was staying in. I reported it and was told “did u get anybody out to test for it ?” Why should I have to get someone out to test for it when it’s the company’s job to do that. It’s not safe over there. Last month or so they were shooting over there and a white guy was walking around the complex asking young girls for money and telling them he knew how to make them some money . The police was called ...
and he wasn’t arrested they took him home instead. There are two officers that stay over there but they don’t do anything . You never see them at all. You don’t see the landlord at all she only comes out when she is showing people apartments . They charging for trash and pest control now . What u are paying is not worth it . I been over there for over 3 years and the company have change management a lot of times . This new company that just came in and brought it from HUD they are very expensive. They have a pool that haven’t been opened for about 2 and half years now . You can’t go in the workout room, the washing area is a rip off and it’s not worth using .Kids are rude over there they cuss ,they write on the walls . Parking is very bad over there I stayed in the 400 building and had to park all the way in the front of the office at night because I worked at night . I had to walk in the dark to get to my apartment. It’s not safe , People have visitors and they let their visitors take up all the parking and stay the night. She don’t do anything about it even though she sent out a letter but them people don’t care over there. They do what they want ,weekends are worst over there .If I was you all I would not rent over there. You will be charge too much, nothing will get fixed, they say “24 hour maintenance “ well that’s a lie .They only care about the money don’t believe me look up Arcan Capital that’s the name of the new property owners that brought it from HUD. They are a company out of Atlanta. Read their reviews and u will see what I mean . Oh yeah and u can’t grill out over there so u can just forget about grilling unless you have family members houses u want to go to and grill over there . Don’t let those pictures y’all see on the website fool y’all . Nothing is new about the apartment complex but the cabinets and ceiling fans ,you might have a new stove or dishwasher but don’t count on it . Nothing is new about this complex they lying.

We moved in and management was extremely accommodating. The rent was about the same and we were happy. Down the road, we had issues with noise and a hole started forming in our ceiling in Sept. It is now February and the " professional" they hired must me lost. This apartment is in a great location and is safe but is not worth the amount of money for what you are getting. Now they are charging for trash and pest control, bringing it up to the same price as other apartments in the area.

As a former resident of Ashton Landing I will say that this property has come a VERY LONG WAY! The management team was a JOKE, the area was trashy, and honestly I just hated living there. Recently I toured a 3 bedroom with Kay and it was GORGEOUS!!! The complex has been renovated & there wasn’t a trash pile up at the dumpster, SURPRISINGLY! Definitely looking forward to completing my application and moving back in the community.

I rated 4 stars only because I was not able to move in due to remodeling :). The two ladies in the office Kay & Tee helped me throughout my entire application process by phone & email. They were patient and were very consistent with helping me and if they were frustrated it never showed. The hospitality given during the application process totally made me not even care that I couldnt move in right away because I will definitely be applying again in 2018 once the remodel is complete. "Management is a joke." Outside areas filthy and gross. People hanging out in breezeway at all hours doing god knows what. Pool only opened during "business hours". If you work a normal schedule the pool is not an option. Bugs infested pest control is a joke. Trash compactor too small for complex, management solution fine the tenants for there being too much trash. You are instructed to leave your trash on your balcony if the compactor is full, which it is most of the time. Really? On the ...
balcony? Management also "inspects" your apartment monthly for cleanliness then they leave passive aggressive notes on all the doors about how to properly clean your apartment. Fitness center is nothing!! One treadmill and a broken elliptical. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH IF YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET AND A CLEAN PLACE TO LIVE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THERE ARE MUCH NICER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME PRICE. Erwin (maintenance man) is the best! He tries but there is only so much he can do with crappy leadership. Oh and my packages were stolen by someone hanging out in the breezeway no doubt from the second floor. Kids pull fire alarms for no reason on a regular basis. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Ashton landing is a friendly and well kept apartment complex. They are pet friendly! The apartments are spacious and most times whenever you have an issue maintenance is there to see to it. We have new landlord and so far she seems to keep up with what the previous landlords have done. The complex is near schools. There are great places to eat nearby! It's a great place to call home.
