November 25, 2025My move in was mostly good aside from unresponsive people at the leasing office who say they will call you back repeatedly but never do. When I moved in there was also a list of about 20 things that needed to be fixed or weren’t right.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2025New to the PerSei! Great location, great community, and clean environment. The amenities are sufficient, and the gym is a great asset. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance turnaround time is pretty fast; I currently have an AC issue, but they worked quickly to get me accomodations. I only wish the elevator near my apartment was working, but hopefully soon. Overall, beautiful apartment, great staff, and we love it here!Review from Apartments.com

August 5, 2025Not a pleasant living experience, complaints are not taken seriously. Parking garage is always unbearably hot and constantly smells like sewage. Leasing office lacks communication. June 13, 2025Fantastic living at The Residences at Pike & Rose. It is a safe neighborhood with well lit streets, security personnel, fine and specialty dining, shopping and various entertainment. Farmers Market is now open every Saturday during the summer. The pool at the Pallas, PerSei and the Henri are now open with new poolside furniture. A lifeguard is always on duty from 10am-8pm. Private and secure parking, concierge service in main lobby, gym, and newly refurbished lobbies. The residence lounges ...have been completely refurbished and each apartment house offers monthly events with an opportunity to meet your neighbors. So many amenities, ideally located and the best staff provide a relaxed atmosphere for hassle-free living. June 1, 2025I love my new Persei apt. The leasing staff made move from Henri seemless. Maids maintenance are friendly.work hard. My neighbors are friendly. And I am even closer to Metro. So many new restetsunts all the time. My friends family love Persei and Pike and Rose.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2025Beeping still occurs in entrance way. Occasionally this area will also smell of a strong plumbing oder. Cleaning service is very friendly and works hard to ensure appearance does not reflect this.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025If this was based off of location I would give a 5. I wanted to live the building but have had way too many issues with appliances breaking or not working correctly.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025The Persei at Pike & Rose is the worst place to live. The garbage smell in the building is unbearable. All the restaurants use the same dumpster and the smell travels to the vents in each apartment above. Not to mention how terrible the office management is .... Just find another place if you can.Property Manager Responded
