June 1, 2025I love my new Persei apt. The leasing staff made move from Henri seemless. Maids maintenance are friendly.work hard. My neighbors are friendly. And I am even closer to Metro. So many new restetsunts all the time. My friends family love Persei and Pike and Rose.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2025Beeping still occurs in entrance way. Occasionally this area will also smell of a strong plumbing oder. Cleaning service is very friendly and works hard to ensure appearance does not reflect this.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025The Persei at Pike & Rose is the worst place to live. The garbage smell in the building is unbearable. All the restaurants use the same dumpster and the smell travels to the vents in each apartment above. Not to mention how terrible the office management is .... April 8, 2025The concierge and maintenance people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The leasing office staff however, did not give a tour or give accurate information for check in day among other short comings.Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2025My apartment is great and the neighborhood has many great shop and restaurant options. Maintenance and management are not as good as they were a few years ago. It’s often difficult to get ahold of management if you have an issue and sometimes they just ignore you. Maintenance sometimes leaves my front door unlocked and lights on after performing work when I’m not home.Property Manager Responded
