February 27, 2026Extremely disappointed with the lack of upkeep here. The building is deteriorating: elevators have been broken for months, and there is no longer a concierge on duty after work or on weekends. The package room door is constantly stuck, and with no staff around to help, it’s nearly impossible to get your package. Not worth the price.Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2026Great location, clean apartments with great upkeep, accessible is a bit strict but understandable. Most of the staffs are amazing and helpful. If you lose your keys past office hours and need help getting back in it’s hassle, they should really offer faster 24/7 assistance in that area. Getting a hold of someone past office hours is also a frustrating experience. Overall, I would recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025My move in was mostly good aside from unresponsive people at the leasing office who say they will call you back repeatedly but never do. When I moved in there was also a list of about 20 things that needed to be fixed or weren’t right.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025New to the PerSei! Great location, great community, and clean environment. The amenities are sufficient, and the gym is a great asset. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance turnaround time is pretty fast; I currently have an AC issue, but they worked quickly to get me accomodations. I only wish the elevator near my apartment was working, but hopefully soon. June 13, 2025Fantastic living at The Residences at Pike & Rose. It is a safe neighborhood with well lit streets, security personnel, fine and specialty dining, shopping and various entertainment. Farmers Market is now open every Saturday during the summer. The pool at the Pallas, PerSei and the Henri are now open with new poolside furniture. A lifeguard is always on duty from 10am-8pm. Private and secure parking, concierge service in main lobby, gym, and newly refurbished lobbies. The residence lounges ...have been completely refurbished and each apartment house offers monthly events with an opportunity to meet your neighbors. So many amenities, ideally located and the best staff provide a relaxed atmosphere for hassle-free living. I highly recommend The Residences at Pike & Rose for the best in apartment living.Property Manager Responded
