April 19, 2023Apartment manager for these properties has recently vanished along with multiple tenants rent money for the last 2-6months the owner is choosing to come after us the tenants all of a sudden since manager disappeared for months of “missing rent payments” we’ve all lawyered up I want people aware of the sketchy stuff happening with these owners and buildings on top of all of that Peterson place is infected with roaches that haven’t been taken care of the whole 12 months we’ve been here think twice ...before you contact them for an apartment!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
