DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!

Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved in this building about 9 months ago and it is by far the WORSE place to rent. If you have children do NOT expose them to this I beg you. The following reasons are -Hot water running out for HOURS a day. Sometimes a whole day. -Roaches everywhere no matter how clean you are ! -People sleeping in the hall in front of my apartment (mostly drug addicts with needles and baggies left behind) -Elevator breaking constantly!!! (we lasted 3 months with no ...

elevator) -there is NO PARKING ! If you own a car you will get a ticket every day for parking anywhere around the building. Parking is only two hours! -Management doesn’t care much for helping in these situations. Also let me not forget that I have seen things in this building that I’ve never seen in my life. The first day I moved in to this building I met someone in the hall and they asked if I was new. They started at me dead in the eyes and said LEAVE PLEASE. Now I understand why. Don’t do it! Ask anyone who is currently living in this building.
