August 14, 2025Just moved in and have enjoyed my experience so far. Keeley did a fantastic job on the tour and helped answer questions before, during, and after the move-in process. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. Some things needed attention, but they were handled quickly after reporting them. June 14, 2025I just moved into Peyton Stakes but the community here has been so welcoming! I love all the amenities and how the management goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. P.s. strange enough the mail room is seriously to die for I’ve never seen mail so awesomely organized. There’s a code you need to get in and when you do the shelf your package is on lights up.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025Living at Peyton Stakes has been a solid experience overall. The staff is responsive and professional,any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself has been comfortable, and the layout works well for my day-to-day routine. The location has been a major plus. It’s close to everything I need, and that convenience definitely makes a difference. I also like that the common areas are usually clean and well-maintained. It’s not perfect, but no place ...really is. That said, I’ve felt safe here and settled, and that goes a long way. It’s been a good place to live.Property Manager Responded
