June 14, 2025I just moved into Peyton Stakes but the community here has been so welcoming! I love all the amenities and how the management goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. P.s. strange enough the mail room is seriously to die for I’ve never seen mail so awesomely organized. There’s a code you need to get in and when you do the shelf your package is on lights up.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025Living at Peyton Stakes has been a solid experience overall. The staff is responsive and professional,any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself has been comfortable, and the layout works well for my day-to-day routine. The location has been a major plus. It’s close to everything I need, and that convenience definitely makes a difference. I also like that the common areas are usually clean and well-maintained. October 24, 2024As far as the office staff, maintenance and people this place is lovely! Everyone is kind and Maintenance is always quick to respond on any issues! I love the location and the neighborhood. The amenities have the potential to be great but they have not been kept up. The main elevator is under repair every other week, the grills need replacing and the gym hasn’t been serviced in a LONG time! (Things as simple as oiling some machines so they don’t squeak or replacing cables that are worn or clips ...that don’t close, Fan SOMETIMES works). This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if they hadn’t also just added a new “amenity income” charge as well as charging residents for coffee in the main lounge. On top of all of this we have construction going on for the 2nd time. This would be ok if the residents were shown any kind of empathy towards our inhabitable homes during that time, but instead they’ve added more and more charges, no discounts are offered and no one feels valued as a resident. :(Property Manager Responded
