December 23, 2025We love the building and the neighborhood. We only wish building upkeep issues would be resolved faster. The outdoor TV by the pool hasn't worked for 6 months. The gate for the garage, safety issue, hasn't been fixed for almost 2 monthsProperty Manager Responded

December 17, 2025I have enjoyed my stay so far. The construction was frustrating but it has been quiet now that it’s finally over. I’d say my only complaint is the frequent breaking down of the parking garage gates and hot tub.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025Positives: Excellent amenities. Gym. Pool. Hot tub open all winter. Sauna. Multiple lounge rooms. Office and printer access. Coffee machine. Art room. Pool table. The location is excellent. I love my floor plan but I wish there was more closet space. The managers are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Frequent fun activities offered making it easy to meet people. Negatives: Time required to fix things like elevators. Complicated package delivery system. FOB entry system ...doesn’t always work, wish there was a backup manual entry code in the event I get locked out in the middle of the night and my phone is not charged. And there are administrative and add-on fees each month which seems excessive as the rent is already quite expensive.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2025Just moved in and have enjoyed my experience so far. Keeley did a fantastic job on the tour and helped answer questions before, during, and after the move-in process. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. Some things needed attention, but they were handled quickly after reporting them.
